Maintain physical and mental well-being by joining one of our exciting fitness programs. Our in-house fitness instructors offer a variety of classes including Zumba, Cardio Boot camps, Pilates, Yoga and Aqua fitness. Sessions are held at the Living Water fitness studio or the Living Water pool.

Fitness programs are FREE for hotel guests, in house members and owners. $10 per session for public/drop-in guests and local members. All fitness programs run for a duration of one hour. Scheduling subject to change – please check with front desk for the latest schedules.
