Enjoy the waterfront privacy of a meeting at the Bear Estate or an educational seminar in our Ballroom. Whatever your specific requirements, Cranberry has the facilities, audio visual equipment, professional staff and complete planning assistance to ensure your meeting’s a success.
We have 8 different sized facilities with over 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in total. Our largest facility, The Bear Estate, can accommodate up to 25 8' x 10' booths.
The Bear Estate
As the only waterfront venue in the entire Collingwood/Blue Mountain region, this newly constructed state-of-the-art facility offers floor to ceiling windows to enjoy views of the willow trees billowing in the breeze and the gentle waters of Georgian Bay interrupted only by the natural wildlife. The panoramic views inspire creative and productive meetings.
The Atoka House is conveniently located on Cranberry Golf course, beside the first golf tee. This facility provides a cozy and private atmosphere with a large outside deck, a gas fireplace, and large skylights. The Atoka House offers panoramic views of the first fairway and the breath taking Niagara escarpment. Stepping outside of the office and stepping into the Atoka House will allow your group to start thinking outside the box.
The large executive style mahogany boardroom table accommodates up to 12 comfortably in high back leather chairs. The warm atmosphere is conducive to formal meetings and strategic planning. The double width of the room allows for in-room breakfasts and small working lunches.
William Watts Ballroom
Recently renovated, the William Watts Ballroom has undergone an incredible transformation. Natural light pours in through two new enormous windows into the Crush Lobby entrance of the ballroom. The recent facelift features aesthetic enhancements like new décor; carpeting and raised ceiling alongside functional additions including an electric wall divider, better sound, and improved lighting.
