Be the Leader You’d Want to Follow
In order to become those leaders to the outside, we have to lead ourselves first. We must walk the walk. It’s like the flight attendants tell us: “Please remember to wear your own oxygen mask before helping others.”
In 2018, Leadercast will focus on that very concept. How do you lead yourself effectively? How do you develop your core principles and values so that your leadership is an outpouring of your innermost self? And how much more will those who follow you benefit from your leadership when you lead yourself well?

Larry Law, Owner and CEO of Law Development, Cranberry Golf Resort and Living Water Resort & Spa
Our theme “The Call to Leadership – The Journey, celebrating success and failure in business” will be presented by Larry Law, Owner and CEO of Law Development, Cranberry Golf Resort and Living Water Resort & Spa. In 1992, Larry stumbled upon the former Cranberry Golf Resort on a family trip. It was love at first sight, and Larry acquired the property. In hindsight, it was indeed God’s calling. It was through those years of many memorable experiences with his family and friends at this property that inspired Larry to turn this beautiful and natural environment into a community. Aside from expanding and upgrading the resort in Collingwood, Larry, with the support of his wife, children, and the like-minded leaders and staff, sees his hospitality business as an opportunity to build a fun and caring community for his customers, staff and the locals. This has become the vision, mission and spiritual journey for his resorts to serve with Christ’s love.
