Camp Information and Registration
2014 Registration Form now available. If you are not able to download the file, you can also request to have one faxed or mailed to you, by contacting the Recreation Department at 705-445-5796, or sending an email to email@example.com.
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be processed, and placements will not be held. Processing should not be considered complete until confirmation has been received by email or phone. All submissions must include a completed form, including a signature of a parent or guardian, as well as a valid method of payment (cash/debit, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
We can accept submission of registration forms in the following ways:
Please email the completed form as an attachment in one of the following formats: PDF, JPEG, GIFF or TIFF (if you are not able to edit the form directly on your computer, you may print it out, fill it in by hand, and either scan it, or take a picture of it). Regardless of the format, please ensure that all information is legible.

Registration forms may be dropped off at the Recreation Centre Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10am and 4pm. In some cases (not all), these registrations can be processed and confirmed immediately. When submissions are made in person, payments can be made by cash/debit, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
**NB – IF THE SUBMISSION CANNOT BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AT THAT TIME, UNLESS THE EXACT AMOUNT CAN BE VERIFIED; THEREFORE, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, OR RETURN AT A LATER DATE TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT BY CASH/DEBIT OR CHEQUE.
We will not accept initial registrations by phone, as we MUST have the completed (and signed) registration form, along with a valid method of payment. For campers who have already received a confirmation email or phone call, we can accept additions by phone.
